Master's Programme in Public Health

Curriculum and syllabi

The programme offers gradual specialization in three principal areas:

  • Health and society: Global Public Health, Health Economics, Health Policy, Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights
  • Theory of Science and Methods of Public Health Science: Epidemiology, Biostatistics and Qualitative Research Methods, Applied Research Methods, Independent Project.
  • Professional Development: Leadership and Management in Public Health Practice, Health Promotion, Internship.

    Examples of electives courses: Internship, Cost-effectiveness and Impact Evaluation of Health Interventions, free standing courses within the faculty and external courses. Information about available elective courses will be given by the programme.
